I should have focused more on being imperfect—on loving my imperfections—rather than trying to achieve perfection.
Now, I hope I'm on the right path.
And I hope you are too!
Because, would you buy a pack of perfect squares? No. But you would buy a pack of imperfect squares aka puzzle pieces.
Puzzle pieces would never fit together and become something beautiful if they are smooth-edged—if they are perfect squares.
A soul must have a crack so it can find somebody to close the crack. I'm not saying it is important to be brokenhearted in life.
I'm just trying to say that love can only be proven if you love someone's defects; not because you love their beauty.
After all, customized and personalized gifts are always more expensive.
